Want to see two screwed-up New Yorkers turn their lives around after an hour and forty minutes of depression, heartbreak, hip-hop, rap, and lots of marijuana? Well, The Wackness (2008) is the movie for you.
Doesn’t look awful or anything, but where is the Gordonstache? Are they purposefully not going with it for this version or will it be added later? He doesn’t quite feel like Gordon without the mustache, more like any old generic cop in a crime drama.
I am excited for this series but am wary of it at the same time. The concept is interesting, but I don’t want it to fall into some of the same problems as Smallville (2001-2011) did, ie bringing in characters and storylines that wouldn’t have been introduced into the universe that early in the characters’ lives (like Zod in Smallville, for example). Guess we’ll have to wait and see.
Story: After breaking Impossible Missions Force agent Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) out of a Russian prison, Benji Dunn (played by Simon Pegg), Jane Carter (played by Paula Patton) join forces with an IMF analyst with a secret, William Brandt (played by Jeremy Renner), to clear IMF’s name after the organization has been blamed for an attack on the Kremlin.
